What safety & security means at BusCaro
For many commuters in Pakistan, and for women in particular, safety decides whether a job or a university place is possible at all. BusCaro treats safety as the foundation of the service rather than an extra.
Safety begins with who is driving. Captains are verified before they take a route, and verification is repeated regularly rather than done once and forgotten. Vehicles are inspected so that faults are found in the yard and not on the road.
During the ride, tracking means the team knows where each vehicle is. If something happens on board, there is a rapid response process, and clients who want additional protection can opt into in-ride insurance.
