Why BusCaro
Customer Support
A dedicated account manager for every client and customer support around the clock.
What customer support means at BusCaro
Transport problems do not keep office hours. A vehicle can be late at six in the morning and a passenger can need help at eleven at night. BusCaro provides customer support around the clock, so there is always someone to call.
Each client also has a dedicated account manager: one person who knows your routes, your shifts and your people, and who is accountable for the service. You do not explain your set-up from the beginning each time you get in touch.
The account manager is also how the service improves. They review performance with you, bring route changes before they are needed and turn feedback from riders into adjustments on the ground.
What you get
