How the corporate model works for you
The corporate model gives your organisation a dedicated fleet of vehicles. The vehicles run the routes designed for your employees, at the timings your shifts need, and they do not pick up anyone else. It is the closest thing to owning a transport department without having to run one.
Running staff transport in-house means hiring drivers, maintaining vehicles, covering absences and answering the phone when a van is late. With BusCaro, that work moves to a team that does nothing else. We plan the routes, assign verified captains, inspect the vehicles, keep backup capacity ready and report on how the service performs.
Because the fleet is yours alone, the plan can follow your business: a new shift, a relocated office, a seasonal increase in headcount or a late sitting during closing week. Your account manager adjusts the routes and the fleet with you rather than asking you to fit a fixed timetable.

It is priced per vehicle, based on the city, the distance of each route and the size of vehicle it needs. We prepare a package once we have seen your locations and timings.
Yes. Routes and vehicles are reviewed with your account manager, so the fleet can grow, shrink or be re-routed as your team changes.
No. In the corporate model the fleet is dedicated to your organisation. If sharing suits you better, look at the seat-based model.
Yes. BusCaro operates in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and a single account can cover sites in all three.
